When the number of nights required to upgrade your status is reached at the end of a stay, your member level is adjusted automatically. Therefore, you can start enjoying your new privileges on the next stay. In other words, if you reach the required number of nights, your member status can change during the year.
Every year, on January 1st, your member status is validated and readjusted according to the number of nights you spent in our hotels. If the number of nights required to maintain your current status isn’t met between January 1 and December 31 of that same year, you will be downgraded to the appropriate status. A change in membership status does not alter your JARO Xperience point balance unless you have not stayed in one of our hotels for two consecutive years. In such a case, your subscription to the JARO Xperience loyalty program will be cancelled and your collected points will be lost.
To ensure that all your stays are taken into account, it is essential to mention or type your membership number when you make a reservation by phone, in person or via our official website.
