MEMBERSHIP NUMBER AND PASSWORD

To maximize your benefits and diligently accumulate points, the use of your Xperience JARO program access information is essential for all reservations. You assume full responsibility for any use, or misuse, of your access information, and for all activities associated with the use of this information. For security reasons, you are required to maintain the confidentiality of your access information.

MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS

Membership Validity
  • Xperience JARO points are accumulated with every reservation made at an eligible rate.
  • If no reservation is made within two years, the member’s account will be suspended and the accumulated points will expire.
  • Each member’s level is determined based on the number of nights stayed in our hotels over a consecutive twelve (12) month period, calculated from the registration date.

    For example, a member who registers on August 22, 2024, will have their level evaluated for the period from August 22, 2024, to August 22, 2025.

  • The membership validity will take effect starting from the stay following the registration. No rate or benefit can be modified during the current stay, and points will be accumulated starting from the stay following the registration.

Reservation Validity
  • Xperience JARO points can be used to partially or fully pay for a stay. They can also be redeemed for other benefits, such as gift cards, JARO souvenirs, or gifted to a friend or family member.
  • Reservations made at a group rate, a negotiated rate, or through a tour operator do not allow the accumulation or use of Xperience JARO points.
  • Xperience JARO points can be accumulated with certain packages and promotions. Refer to our offer conditions for eligible packages and promotions.
  • Only stays booked by Xperience JARO members through the loyalty program reservation portal or Les Hôtels JARO's official reservation center allow for Xperience JARO points accumulation. No points are awarded for reservations made outside the Xperience JARO portal and member profile.
Benefits Validity
  • Your 10% discount coupon for dining (food only, from 5:00 PM) is valid at Beffroi SteakhouseGinger Resto-Bar , at the restaurant Les Palmes as well as at 10Vagues Resto-Bar. This coupon can be obtained at the front desk upon check-in. For Premium and Optimum members, Xperience JARO points are accumulated only if the charges are billed to the room.
  • The 10% discount offered in JARO restaurants is not valid when booking a package or promotion.
  • For Premium and Optimum members, complimentary consumption does not apply when booking a package or promotion.
  • The preferential accommodation discount is not applicable when booking a package or promotion.
  • The preferential accommodation discount does not guarantee room availability.
  • Points used to pay for all or part of your stay do not earn additional points.
  • The member must check-in at the hotel reception at the beginning of the stay. Reservations are for Xperience JARO program members only. To obtain the preferential rate, the member must be present when occupying the room. If the member wishes to offer a free night to a friend or relatrive using their points, the member must contact us via our contact form. Only one room at the Xperience JARO preferential rate can be booked per night.
  • Your Xperience JARO privileges depend on your level at the start of your stay. No changes can be made during the stay. Benefits of a higher level will be available on your next booking.
  • Xperience JARO points CANNOT be obtained through third parties.
  • Xperience JARO points cannot be transferred from one member to another.
  • Xperience JARO loyalty program privileges and conditions may be modified at any time without prior notice.

CONSENT

Les Hôtels JARO Information Collection Policy

By providing your personal information, you consent to the collection, use, handling, and disclosure by any member of the Les Hôtels JARO hotel chain (under the names Hôtel Plaza Québec, Hôtel Québec Inn, Hôtel Palace Royal, L’Hôtel Québec, Hôtel Must, Hôtel Lindbergh, and Auberge Québec) of the information (including required information) mentioned or any other information related to a current or future stay at a member of the hotel chain, or to goods or services provided to you from time to time by a member of the hotel chain, directly or indirectly, in the context of:

  • Customer service – Information will be used to facilitate your arrivals and, as much as possible, meet your personal accommodation preferences.
  • Marketing – Information will be used to inform you about goods and services
  • Market research – Information will be used to improve the offerings of goods or services made to you.

PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS

Policy for Program Modification

The Les Hôtels JARO group may suspend or terminate the program at any time without notice. In the event of program termination, unredeemed points will be canceled. Les Hôtels JARO reserve the right to modify membership conditions at any time, as well as to implement various changes, including, but not limited to:

  • Modifying the number of points earned per dollar spent.
  • Modifying the number of points required for free nights.
  • Modifying the validity of points.
  • Modifying associated benefits.
  • Modifying the period of inactivity.

Participants will be informed of changes made to the program. Notice will be sent by Les Hôtels JARO to the email address provided by the participant at the time of program registration. Participation in the program following notification of any modifications to the program implies acceptance of these modifications by the participant.
